USA dominated from start to finish. They piled up a comfortable 57-22 halftime lead. USA followed with a 27-17 run in the third term to clear off for good. Kel'el Ware (213-C-2004) tossed in 21 points in the victory. Reynan Santos (192-G-2004) answered with 15 points for Brazil.

Canada - Argentina 81-57
Canada stepped onto the pedestal in Tijuana. They breezed past Argentina to finish third. Vasean Allette (188-G-2004) and Michael Nwoko (209-C-2004) tallied 20 points each for the winners. Canada led by just two points at the interval 33-31. Canada then went on a massive 48-26 run in the second half and eased to the victory. Elijah Fisher (198-G/F-2004) and Dylan Grant (196-F-2004) hauled in 12 points each for Canada. Santiago Trouet (205-F/C-2004) replied with 12 points and 12 rebounds for Argentina.

5-6 Place
Puerto Rico - Mexico 86-82
Puerto Rico toppled Mexico to finish fifth in the championship. Puerto Rico grabbed a 46-45 halftime lead. They went on a strong 23-14 run in the third term to take a 10-point lead. Mexico narrowed the gap in the fourth quarter but could not avoid the loss. Alejandro Aviles (206-C-2006) tossed in 23 points, while Edir Ortiz (198-PF-2003) added 21 points for Puerto Rico. Victor Valdes (196-F-2004) and Jesus Ochoa (186-PG-2004) delivered 23 points each for Mexico.

Dominican Republic - Ecuador 96-75
Dominican Republic finished their campaign on a high note. They prevailed against Ecuador to end up in the seventh position. Fernando Osorio (190-SF-2004) posted 23 points for Dominican Republic. Ecuador led by 3 points after ten minutes. But Dominican Republic responded with a 53-33 second half run to secure the victory. Engel Gutierrez (194-G-2004) chipped in 15 points for Dominican Republic. Joseph Caicedo (196-F-2004) tallied 29 points for Ecuador.

Brazil went on a furious second half rally to come from behind and nip Canada in the semifinal clash in Tijuana. Reynan Santos (192-G-2004) posted 22 points to lead the winners. Canada jumped off to a massive 48-30 halftime lead. But Brazil responded with a strong 30-13 run in the third term to narrow the deficit. They held Canada to just 16 points in the fourth period and snatched the win. Gabriel Caldeira (PG-2004) had 16 points for Brazil. Vasean Allette (188-G-2004) responded with 22 points for Canada.

Argentina - USA 60-98
USA cruised past Argentina in the semifinal. The North American team dominated from start to finish. They went on a 28-8 run in the second frame to accumulate a 25-point halftime lead. USA drained 31 points in the third term and cleared off for good. Kel'el Ware (213-C-2004) delivered 17 points, while Seth Trimble (191-PG-2004) added 16 points for the winners. Dylan Bordon (190-G-2004) answered with 16 points for Argentina.

Brazil rallied past Dominican Republic to advance into the semifinal stage. Brazil grabbed a 32-22 halftime lead. They followed with a 22-13 run in the third term to clear off for good. Guilherme Tesch (203-SF-2004) posted 23 points and 12 rebounds for Brazil. Eduardo Bersch (188-G-2005) added 13 points in the victory. USA - Mexico 92-64
USA cruised past Mexico to reach the semifinal stage. Mexico posted an 18-10 lead after ten minutes. But USA stepped on the gas in the second frame. They drained 33 points to secure a 43-34 halftime lead. The North American side unleashed 49 points in the second half to rally to the win. Cameron Whitmore (198-F-2004) delivered 27 points, while Jared McCain (188-G-2004) added 17 points for the USA. Mexico - Argentina 57-75
Argentina outscored Mexico to improve at 2-1 record in the second place in Group A. Argentina looked dominant in the first half. They piled up a 43-23 halftime lead and protected it well throughout the second half. Ecuador - Dominican Republic 73-71
Ecuador nipped Dominican Republic to earn the first win in Tijuana. Dominican Republic led by 4 points after ten minutes of action. But Ecuador responded with a 37-28 run in the next two periods to surge ahead. Dominican Republic tossed in 22 points in the fourth frame but could not avoid the loss. Joseph Caicedo (196-F-2004) was pivotal for Ecuador with 27 points and 9 rebounds. Kenny Recalde (177-G-2004) added 16 points in the win. Nasir Muhammad (183-PG-2004) answered with 19 points for Dominican Republic.

Puerto Rico outlasted Dominican Republic in overtime thriller to stay undefeated in Group B. Dominican Republic secured a 27-19 halftime lead. Puerto Rico responded with a 26-13 run in the third term to surge ahead. Dominican Republic erased the deficit in the fourth stanza to force overtime. But Puerto Rico held their opponents to just 2 points in the extra period to snatch the victory. Alejandro Aviles (206-C-2006) provided 13 points and 11 rebounds for Puerto Rico.
