#1. Experienced Yelena Leuchanka (6'5''-C-83, graduated '06, plays pro in China) led Sichuan Blue Whales to a 2-point victory over the closely-ranked Flame (18-14) 72-70 in the Chinese WCBA on Monday night. She was MVP of the game. Leuchanka recorded a double-double by scoring 31 points and getting 20 rebounds. She also added 3 assists and 3 blocks in 38 minutes. Sichuan Blue Whales (16-16) are placed tenth in the WCBA. It was her team's third consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Leuchanka has individually a very good season with high stats. She averages 23.0ppg, 16.9rpg, 3.1apg and 1.5spg.
#2. Teana Muldrow (6'2''-F-95, graduated '18, plays in Israel) led Raanana to a victory over the league outsider B.Yehuda (0-13) 82-65 in the Israeli D1 in Monday night's game. Muldrow was MVP of the game. She had a double-double by scoring 19 points and getting 21 rebounds. Muldrow also added 5 assists and 2 blocks; quite an impressive performance considering it's only her first season in pro basketball. Maccabi Raanana (13-1) is placed first in the D1. It was her team's ninth consecutive victory in a row. It's Muldrow's first year with the team. Muldrow has very impressive stats this season 16.9ppg, 14.6rpg, 2.4apg, 1.4bpg and 1.4spg in seven games she played so far.
#3. Natalie Burton (6'5''-C/F-89, graduated '12, currently in Germany) contributed to a Herner TC's victory against the eighth-ranked Goettingen (4-8) 62-54 in the German DBBL last Sunday. Burton scored 8 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 27 minutes. Herner TC (11-1) is placed first in the DBBL. It was her team's ninth consecutive victory in a row. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. This season Burton averages 6.7ppg, 7.7rpg and 1.1spg.
#4. Bria Holmes (6'1''-SF-94, graduated '16, plays pro in France). She could not help Bretagne Basket (5-7) to beat Basket Landes (7-5) in the French LFB. Holmes scored 7 points. Bretagne Basket was edged 54-53 at home by the higher-ranked (#4) Basket Landes. This year Holmes averages 8.8ppg, 1.8rpg and 1.5apg in four games.
