Recently, he led his Belgian team, Windrose Giants Antwerp, to a triumphant victory against the 13th-ranked House of Talents with a score of 113-106 in the BNXT League last Saturday. In an impressive display, Cheeks recorded a double-double by contributing 18 points and securing 12 rebounds. Additionally, he showcased his skills with 4 assists, 3 blocks, and 4 steals in 42 minutes of play, illustrating remarkable talent in only his second season in professional basketball. Windrose Giants Antwerp, now boasting a 2-0 record, holds the second position in the league standings. Despite the early stage of the season, Cheeks has already proven himself as a standout player. His outstanding performance against Kortrijk, where he scored 18 points, grabbed 12 rebounds, and provided 4 assists, led his team to another victory. This exceptional showing on the court earned him the prestigious Triple-Double Badge from eurobasket.com, solidifying his status as a true champion. Cheeks has been having an exceptional year individually, boasting impressive statistics of 15.5 points per game, 6.0 rebounds per game, 2.5 assists per game, 1.5 blocks per game, and 3.5 steals per game (the second-best in the league) over the two games he has played so far. It is worth noting that Cheeks is a naturalized American, adding to his remarkable journey as a professional basketball player.
#2. Experienced champion Devin Oliver, a 6'8'' power forward who is 34 years old and an alum of the Flyers from 2014, is currently playing professionally in Japan. In a recent game, he played a crucial role in Niigata Albirex's victory over the fifth-ranked Nara (1-5) with a score of 87-83 in the Japanese B.One League last Wednesday. Oliver showcased his skills by achieving a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds, along with contributing 7 assists and 3 steals in 34 minutes of play. #3. Zed Key, a 24-year-old forward standing at 6'8'' who graduated from Dayton in 2025 and currently plays professionally in the Czech Republic, showcased his skills in the recent game for Pardubice. Despite his stellar performance, Pardubice suffered a tough 105-60 loss on the road against the dominant Slavia, the league champion. Key demonstrated his prowess by emerging as the top scorer for his team with 18 points. Additionally, he contributed significantly with 8 rebounds and 3 blocks in just 26 minutes of play. This performance is particularly notable as Key is only in his second season in professional basketball. Although his individual efforts were commendable, they were not enough to secure a victory for Pardubice, resulting in their first loss after a string of five consecutive wins. Throughout the season, Key has maintained solid statistics, averaging 14.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks per game, ranking him as the third-best shot blocker in the league. Despite the recent defeat, Key's consistent contributions on the court reflect his potential to become a standout player in the league and possibly lead Pardubice to success in future matchups against tough opponents like the reigning finalist, Slavia.

Unfortunately, this defeat marked Ratiopharm Ulm's third consecutive loss. In his team's matchup against Vechta, Watson-Boye displayed an impressive performance with 16 points, 1 rebound, and 4 assists. Despite his solid contributions, the team fell short in securing the win. Throughout the season, Watson-Boye has maintained relatively strong statistics, averaging 13.6 points, 2.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.4 steals per game across five games.

Smith, the team's standout player, finished as the second-highest scorer with 12 points and also contributed 4 rebounds during his 33 minutes on the court. In the challenging match against Valcea, Smith displayed his talent by not only scoring 12 points but also grabbing 4 rebounds and providing 2 assists. Despite his notable contributions, Ploiesti CSM was unable to overcome their strong opponents and secure the victory. Throughout the season so far, Smith has maintained solid statistics, averaging 10.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2.0 steals per game, making him the fourth-best player in the league in terms of steals.
