Santa Tecla finished the tournament on a high note. They defeated Xela in the final day. Marco Aguilar (199-C-94) posted 28 points, 10 rebounds, 8 steals and 7 assists for the winners. Santa Tecla grabbed a 54:21 halftime lead and never looked back en route to the win. Douglas Bairez (180-SF-88) had 18 points in the victory. Angel Castillo (180-F-86) replied with 13 points for Xela.

Real Esteli - Correcaminos 74-65
Real Esteli celebrated title in Managua. They overcame Correcaminos in the decisive game to improve at 5-0 record on top of the final standings. Real Esteli posted a 28:24 halftime lead. Correcaminos responded with a 24:15 run in the third term to surge ahead. But Real Esteli ignited a 31:17 rally in the fourth frame to race to the trophy. Jared Ruiz (188-G-92) produced 23 points, while Bartel Lopez (212-C-89) added 20 points and 11 rebounds for the champions. Trevor Gaskins (188-PG-89, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: Pro Sports) answered with 13 points for Correcaminos.
