US Virgin Islands clinched CBC Championship title. They overcame Bahamas in the Final in Tortola. Khalid Hart (198-SF-95) posted 24 points to pace the champions. US Virgin Islands thus retained the title last won back in 2011. US Virgin Islands got to a confident start. They piled up an 18:12 lead after ten minutes. Bahamas narrowed the deficit in the second frame. They pulled within two points at the interval 35:37. Bahamas surged ahead in the third quarter. They established a 56:53 lead at the final intermission. But US Virgin Islands limited their opponents to just 9 points in the fourth quarter and spurred ahead for the victory. Ivan Aska (200-F-90, agency: Comsport, college: Murray St.) delivered 14 points and 10 rebounds in the win. Kadeem Coleby (206-C/F-89, college: Wichita St.) replied with 15 points for Bahamas. Magnum Rolle (211-C-86, college: Louisiana Tech) and Kentwan Smith (203-F-91) accounted for 9 points each in the defeat.

British Virgin Islands - Antigua 73-82
Antigua celebrated the Bronze medals at the CBC Championship. They wrapped up their campaign with the win over hosting British Virgin Islands. Ernest Scott (201-F-82, college: Valdosta St.) delivered 24 points and 11 rebounds to pace Antigua. Raviel Burton (201-F) added 23 points and 11 rebounds off the bench for the winners. British Virgin Islands ensured a 20:17 lead after the opening quarter. But Antigua went on a strong 21:14 run in the second frame to secure a 4-point halftime lead. They dropped 28 points in the fourth stanza to get away with the victory. Halstead Chiverton (193-G-82, college: Clinton CC, NY) responded with 22 points for British Virgin Islands.
5-6 Place
Saint Vincent - Surinam 80-87
Surinam occupied the fifth position at the CBC Championship. They rallied past Saint Vincent in the final game at the tournament. Five players scored in double digits for Surina. Sergio Randamiede (C) finished with 14 points, 12 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Saint Vincent used a 20:8 run in the third quarter to build an 18-point lead. But Surinam responded with a stunning 40:15 run in the fourth quarter to ice the victory. Yves Goedschalk (190-G) dropped 14 points, while Daryll Tolud (F) added 13 points for the winners. Alexis Foyle (198-F-78, college: BYU-Hawaii) responded with 23 points for Saint Vincent. Shawn King (208-C-82, college: ORU) had 18 points and 18 rebounds in the loss.
7-8 Place
Bermudas - Barbados 73-78
Barbados finished their CBC Championship campaign on a winning note. They held off Bermudas to earn the 7th position. Keefe Birkett (183-G-88) tossed in 21 points to lead the winners. Barbados accumulated a 39:34 halftime lead. Bermudas cut the deficit at a single-point at the final intermission. Barbados responded with a 20:16 run in the fourth quarter and sealed the victory. Akeem Marsh (206-F/C-87) delivered 20 points and 13 rebounds in the win. Chris Crumpler (191-G/F-83) responded with 27 points for Bermudas. Steven Simons (82) and Jonathan Lowe (201-C) had 11 points each in the defeat.
