But USA dropped 29 points in the third term to surge ahead. They followed with a 31-25 rally in the fourth period to ice the victory. Robert Dillingham (188-G-05) recorded 31 points, while Ronald Holland II (207-F-05) added 21 points and 12 rebounds for the winning side. Argentina - Chile 90-38 Argentina paved their way into the semifinals as they held off Chile. Argentina grabbed a 35-22 halftime lead. They used a 36-5 run in the third quarter to clear off for good. Juan Peral (179-PG-05) produced 21 points, while Lucas Giovannetti (201-F-05) and Tiziano Prome (201-F-05) had 14 points each for the winners. Milan Cresp (189-SG-05) answered with 15 points for Chile. Dominican Republic - Brazil 74-66 Dominican Republic overcame Brazil to secure the semifinal berth in Xalapa. The teams traded baskets throughout the first half. The scoreboard read 36-36 at the big break. Dominican Republic though stepped on the gas in the second half.
