    Leones fired past Lums in the decisive fifth game of the championship series to celebrate Liga Femenina title. Leones dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Lums' 26 and made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Lums 47-18 including a 13-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. American forward Vee Young (186-89, college: Martin Methodist) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 17 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and the former international point guard Leyda Macias (165-83) chipped in 19 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Young is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five Leones players scored in double figures. American Angelina Williams (183-83, college: Illinois) responded with 32 points and 4 assists and Viviana Zurita scored 17 points. Lums' coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win.
