#1. Evander Ortiz (5'11''-G-1997, played in 2018-22, plays pro in Puerto Rico) managed to help Gigantes de Carolina in a victory against the fifth-ranked Cariduros (9-12) 108-103 in the Puerto Rican BSN in Monday night's game. He scored only 4 points and added 4 assists in 23 minutes. Gigantes de Carolina (12-7) is placed second in Group B. This year Ortiz averages 3.9ppg, 2.0rpg and 2.0apg in 10 games he played so far.
#2. Victor Carattini (6'1''-G-1992, played in 2011-15, plays in Puerto Rico) contributed to an easy victory against the fifth-ranked Leones (7-13) 99-80 in the Puerto Rican BSN last Wednesday. He recorded only 3 points. Cangrejeros de Santurce (9-7) is placed third in Group B. This season Carattini averages 1.6ppg and 1.4rpg.
#3. Bryan Gonzalez (6'3''-SG-2000, played in 2021-23, currently in Puerto Rico) contributed to a Vaqueros de Bayamon's victory against the third-ranked Capitanes (10-9) 96-82 in the Puerto Rican BSN on Wednesday night. He recorded only 3 points in 1 minutes on the court. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in Group B. Vaqueros de Bayamon (13-5) is placed first. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This year Gonzalez averages 2.5ppg in six games.
#4. Giovanni Pastrano (6'4''-G, played in 2016-19, plays pro in Puerto Rico). He could not help Grises de Humacao (6-14) to beat Atleticos (12-7) in the Puerto Rican BSN. Pastrano scored only 4 points. The sixth-placed Grises de Humacao (6-14) was defeated 94-79 on the road by the second-ranked Atleticos in the Group B. It was Grises de Humacao's third consecutive loss in a row. This season Pastrano averages 1.3ppg.
