In a recent Euroleague match, his team Panathinaikos Aktor Athens, which is currently ranked first in the league with a 4-0 record, secured an impressive victory over the 16th-ranked Maccabi Tel-Aviv with a commanding score of 90-67 last Friday. Grant, in his fourth year with the team, showcased his skills as a champion by contributing 7 points, 3 assists, and 2 rebounds in just 16 minutes of play against Maccabi Tel-Aviv. His remarkable performance on the court played a pivotal role in the team's success, highlighting his prowess as a true finalist. Despite the early stage of the season, Panathinaikos Aktor Athens remains undefeated in the Regular Season, with Grant averaging 6.8 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game in the four games played so far. With Grant's valuable contributions, the team looks poised for continued success as they progress through the season.

#2. Lithuanian basketball player Martinas Geben, a 6'10'' center and 31-year-old Fighting Irish alumni from 2018, currently playing professionally in Spain, made a significant impact in Basquet Girona's recent triumph over the closely-ranked Dinamo (0-1) with a score of 87-75 in the FIBA Europe Cup last Tuesday. Geben, in his first game for Basquet Girona this season, demonstrated his prowess by contributing 13 points and securing 6 rebounds in just 20 minutes of play. This outstanding performance not only showcased his abilities as a player but also played a crucial role in his team's success. With his team currently occupying the third position in the league standings, Geben's impressive display highlights his potential as a true champion on the court.

#3. John Mooney, a 6'9'' forward aged 28 who graduated from Notre Dame in 2020 and received the USBWA All-District V Team award that year, is currently playing professionally in South Korea. Recently, he led Anyang to a thrilling victory over the league outsider Daegu with a score of 86-80 in the South Korean Basketball League. In this impressive performance, Mooney was named the MVP of the game as he achieved a double-double by scoring 23 points, securing 17 rebounds, providing 6 assists, and making 2 blocks in 35 minutes of play. As a result of his outstanding contributions, Anyang JungKwanJang Red Boosters, where Mooney is in his first season, now tops the league with a record of 2-0. Throughout the season, Mooney has maintained impressive individual statistics, averaging 24.0 points per game, 13.5 rebounds per game (leading the league in this category), 5.0 assists per game, and 2.0 steals per game across two games. His exceptional skills and consistent performance make him a standout finalist in the league.

#4. Prentiss Hubb, a 6'3'' guard and 27-year-old alumnus of the Fighting Irish from 2022, currently playing professionally in Italy, played a crucial role as a major contributor in Tortona's recent victory against the closely-ranked Le Mans (0-2) in the BKT Eurocup last Wednesday. Despite his notable achievements, including being named All-Big East Scholar-Athlete of the Year, he was unable to lead La Laguna Tenerife to victory in their recent game. The team suffered a 77-89 defeat on the road against the #3 ranked Lions, despite Abromaitis' solid performance of 10 points and 7 rebounds in 28 minutes of play. This marks Abromaitis' fifth season with the team. In a previous game against London L., Abromaitis showcased his skills by contributing 10 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists. However, his individual efforts were not enough to secure a win for his team. Throughout this season, Abromaitis has maintained an average of 8.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game over two matches.

#6. Marcus Hammond, a 6'3'' guard and 26-year-old Fighting Irish alumni from the class of 2023, showcased his skills on the basketball court in a thrilling match last Tuesday. Playing professionally in France for Sluc Nancy Basket Pro, Hammond led his team to a narrow 66-65 victory over the closely-ranked BC Vienna in the FIBA Europe Cup.    #7. Jack Cooley, a 6'9'' center/forward who graduated from Notre Dame in 2013 and received the All-Big East First Team award in that year, currently plays professionally in Japan. In a recent game, despite his impressive performance, he was unable to lead the Ryukyu Golden Kings Okinawa to victory. The team, currently in tenth place in the Western Conference, suffered a defeat at the hands of the seventh-placed Lakestars from Shiga, with a final score of 98-72. Cooley showcased his skills by achieving a double-double with 12 points and 17 rebounds in 32 minutes of play. His standout performance against the Shiga Lakestars was truly exceptional, as he not only scored 12 points and grabbed 17 rebounds but also contributed with 1 assist.
