#1. Cobe Williams (6'0''-PG-2000, played in 2023-24, plays pro in Germany) led Bamberg Baskets to an easy victory against the league outsider Hamburg Towers (0-5) crushing them 101-71 in the German BBL on Saturday night. He scored 15 points and added 4 passes in 21 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Williams' second season in pro basketball. Bamberg Basketsis placed in the BBL. Williams has relatively good stats this season 14.4ppg, 2.0rpg, 3.4apg and 1.6spg.
#2. Keaston Willis (6'3''-G, played in 2023-25, plays in Sweden) led Jamtland to a victory over one of league's weakest teams Koping Stars (2-8) 104-95 in the Swedish Basketligan in Friday night's game. Willis was MVP of the game. He scored 26 points (!!!) and grabbed 7 rebounds; not bad, considering it's only Willis' first season in pro basketball. KFUM Jamtland Basket (6-4) is placed sixth in the Basketligan. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Willis' first year with the team. He has individually a very good season with high stats. Willis averages 17.5ppg, 3.6rpg and 1.4apg in eight games he played so far.
#3. Elijah Joiner (6'3''-G-1999, played in 2017-21, currently in Romania), who plays in the Romanian Liga Nationala could not help Pitesti in their game last Saturday. Despite Joiner's very good performance Pitesti was edged67-65 at home by the leading Oradea. He was the top scorer with 15 points. Joiner also added 3 assists in 22 minutes. It's Joiner's first season with the team. This year he averages 8.7ppg, 2.8rpg and 1.3apg.
#4. Theo Airhienbuwa (6'7''-F/G-2006, played in 2025-26, plays pro in Italy) managed to help Dolomiti Energia Trentino in a victory against the closely-ranked Lietkabelis (1-5) 78-74 in the Eurocup on Tuesday night. He scored only 3 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Dolomiti Energia Trentino (3-3) is placed sixth in the Eurocup. But the season just started, so everything may happen. This year Airhienbuwa averages 1.8ppg and 1.3rpg in four games.
#5. James Woodard (6'3''-SG-1994, played in 2012-16, plays in Germany) was not able to help EWE Baskets Oldenburg in their game against Seawolves (2-3) in the German BBL. He did not have that impressive stats last Saturday. Woodard scored only 2 points in 26 minutes. EWE Baskets Oldenburg was badly defeated94-77 on the road by the much lower-ranked Seawolves (#13). But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. Woodard has relatively good stats this season 11.2ppg, 4.2rpg and 1.5apg.
#6. Will Magnay (6'10''-C-1998, played in 2014-18, currently in Australia), who plays in the Australian NBL was not able to secure a victory for Tasmania JackJumpers (5-7) in their last game. Despite Magnay's good performance Tasmania JackJumpers lost 69-75 in Cairns to the league outsider (#10) Taipans. He had a double-double by scoring 12 points and getting 10 rebounds. This year Magnay averages 9.8ppg, 6.6rpg and 1.6bpg in 12 games.
#7. Darien Jackson (6'4''-G-1998, played in 2017-22, plays pro in Spain) couldn't help Salou in their game against Getafe in the Spanish Segunda FEB (third division). He scored 6 points in 24 minutes. His team was crushed by 25 points 100-75. Jackson has relatively good stats this season 10.4ppg, 3.4rpg, 3.6apg and 2.6spg.
