Courtesy of Eurobasket LLC Here is the weekly review of the top performing Aggies alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Experienced champion Kelsey Bone, a 6'4'' center who graduated from Texas A&M in 2013 and currently plays professionally in Turkey, made her debut for Turgutlu in their recent game. Unfortunately, even with her excellent performance, the bottom-ranked Turgutlu team faced a tough 83-65 defeat at home against the higher-ranked (#5) Nesibe. Bone showcased her skills by being the top scorer of the game with 16 points and securing 7 rebounds in just 26 minutes of play. Although her efforts were commendable, Turgutlu couldn't clinch the victory. It was a challenging start for Bone and her new team this season, but with the season being in its early stages, there is still room for improvement and potential for better outcomes in the future. In her matchup against Nesibe, the champion Kelsey Bone displayed her talent by contributing 16 points, 7 rebounds, and 1 assist. Despite her outstanding performance, Turgutlu fell short in securing the win against their higher-ranked opponent.
