We bring you last week's top former Seawolves players who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Frankie Policelli, a 6'9'' forward who graduated from Charleston in 2024 and previously played for Stony Brook between 2019 and 2023, continues to make waves in the professional basketball scene in Slovakia. Most recently, he led his team, Prievidza, to a dominant victory over Samobor with a final score of 98-65 in the FIBA Europe Cup. This impressive win saw Policelli shine as the MVP of the game, showcasing his skills as a true champion on the court. In this game, Policelli delivered an outstanding performance, scoring 23 points, grabbing 5 rebounds, and dishing out 2 assists in just 23 minutes of play. These remarkable stats highlight his talent and contribution to the team, especially considering that he is only in his third season of professional basketball. Despite BC Prievidza's current standing of sixth place in the league with a 0-1 record, Policelli's exceptional performance hints at a promising season ahead. Individually, Policelli is having a standout season with impressive averages of 16.3 points per game, 5.3 rebounds per game, and 1.7 assists per game. His consistent high-level performance on the court exemplifies his determination and skill as a finalist, making him a key player to watch in the league.

#2. Chris Maidoh, a 6'10'' forward who is 26 years old and an alum of the Seawolves from 2024, was instrumental in guiding his team to the final of the CAA Tournament that year. Currently playing professionally in Estonia, Maidoh recently competed for Tartu in a matchup against Ventspils in the Optibet Latvian-Estonian Basketball League. Despite Maidoh's noteworthy performance, where he scored 8 points, secured 10 rebounds, and blocked 2 shots in 33 minutes, Tartu was unable to secure a victory against Ventspils, falling short with a final score of 92-85 on the road. Ventspils, ranking at #5, proved to be a tough opponent for Tartu. Maidoh showcased his skills against Ventspils by contributing 8 points, 10 rebounds, and 1 assist. His individual effort was impressive, yet Tartu was unable to clinch the win. In the current season, Maidoh is maintaining solid averages of 8.5 points per game, 9.5 rebounds per game (ranking third best in the league), 1.5 assists per game, and 2.0 blocks per game (ranking second best in the league).

#3. Nigerian Uchenna Iroegbu, a 6'2'' point guard aged 30, who graduated from Stony Brook in 2018 and currently plays professionally in Hungary, showcased his skills for Kormend in a recent game last Saturday. Despite his commendable performance, Kormend (0-2) suffered a 95-84 defeat at home against the formidable Atomeromu (#3). Iroegbu displayed his talent by contributing 11 points, 4 rebounds, and 8 assists in 30 minutes of play against Atomeromu. His individual efforts were notable, but unfortunately, they were not enough to secure a victory for his team. Throughout the season, Iroegbu has maintained solid statistics, averaging 13.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 6.0 assists per game, ranking him third in the league for assists, along with 1.5 steals per game. It is worth mentioning that Iroegbu is a former player of the Eurobasket Summer League, recognized as a top summer league for basketball players aspiring to compete overseas.

#4. Japanese player Kaine Roberts, a 6'2'' guard at 24 years old who graduated in 2023 and currently plays professionally in Japan, played a crucial role in guiding the Hiroshima Dragonflies to a resounding 96-73 victory over the 11th-ranked Storks in the Japanese B.Premier League. Despite only scoring one point during his 4-minute appearance on the court, Roberts' contribution was significant in securing the win for his team. The Hiroshima Dragonflies, with a perfect 4-0 record, currently lead the Western Conference standings, showcasing their dominance in the league's Regular Season. This marks Roberts' fourth season with the team, and his consistent efforts have been instrumental in their success. In a recent game against Kobe S., Roberts managed to score 1 point and grab 1 rebound, further aiding his team in clinching the victory. His noteworthy performance played a key role in propelling his team to clinch the champion title in the match. Throughout this season, Roberts has maintained an average of 1.3 points per game, demonstrating his commitment and contribution to the team's overall performance.

#5. Tyrell Sturdivant, a 6'7'' forward/center who is 31 years old and a graduate of Stony Brook in 2018, currently plays professionally in Luxembourg. In a recent match, Sturdivant, representing Arantia with a 2-1 record, faced off against Musel Pikes, also with a 2-1 record, in the Luxembourg Basketball League. Despite Sturdivant's solid performance of scoring 7 points and grabbing 4 rebounds in just 15 minutes of play, Arantia was unable to secure a victory against the higher-ranked Musel Pikes, who emerged victorious with a close score of 87-84 in Stadrbredimus. Sturdivant's individual effort was commendable, showcasing his skill and determination on the court. Throughout this season, Sturdivant has been averaging 5.3 points per game and 3.7 rebounds per game, demonstrating his consistent contributions to the team's performance.

#6. Slovakian Jakub Petras, a 6'10'' forward who is 32 years old and an alum of the Seawolves class of 2018, currently plays professionally in Slovakia. In a recent match, Petras, unfortunately, could not lead Handlova to victory against the Blue Wings. Despite his valiant efforts, he only managed to score 4 points, grab 7 rebounds, and make 3 blocks in 25 minutes of play. His team suffered a significant defeat, losing by 17 points with a final score of 98-81. Petras displayed a commendable performance against the Blue Wings, contributing 4 points, 7 rebounds, and 1 assist. Nevertheless, his team was unable to secure the win. Throughout the season, Petras has maintained solid averages of 3.5 points per game, 7.0 rebounds per game, and 2.0 blocks per game, ranking him as the third-best shot-blocker in the league.

#7. Robert Brown III, a 6'4'' guard who graduated from Stony Brook in 2026 and currently plays professionally in Slovakia, recently played alongside his teammate Jakub Petras in the last Slovakian Tipos Slovenska Basketbalova Liga game. Despite his best efforts, Brown III was unable to lead Handlova to victory against Blue Wings, as his team suffered a 17-point defeat with a final score of 98-81. During the game, Brown III managed to score 6 points and secure 1 rebound in 17 minutes of play, showcasing his skills on the court. Throughout the season, Brown III has been averaging 3.0 points per game and 2.0 assists per game, demonstrating his contributions to the team's performance.

#8. Erik Pratt, a 24-year-old guard standing tall at 6'5'' and an alumnus of Seawolves from 2026, currently showcases his skills in Turkey's professional basketball league. Despite his stellar performance, Pratt couldn't lift Fenerbahce 2, one of the league's struggling teams, to victory in their recent game against Cedi Osman's squad. The final score of the intense derby game favored Cedi Osman's team, 81-68. Pratt emerged as the standout player, leading all scorers with an impressive 22 points while also contributing 4 assists during his 35 minutes on the court. Noteworthy is Pratt's exceptional season performance, maintaining high averages of 15.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game. His consistent contributions solidify his position as a key player in the league, showcasing his skills both offensively and defensively. Despite the challenging circumstances faced by his team, Pratt continues to demonstrate his prowess as a champion on the court, striving for success with every game.

#9. Tyler Stephenson-Moore, a 6'3'' guard who graduated from Stony Brook in 2024 and received the All-CAA Second Team award that year, currently plays professionally in Spain. In a recent match, his team, Cordoba CB, faced a tough opponent in Zunder Palencia. Despite his efforts, Stephenson-Moore and his team were unable to secure a victory, with Cordoba CB losing by a narrow margin of 70-67. During the game, Stephenson-Moore scored just 3 points in 16 minutes of play, which was below his usual performance standards. Despite this, he managed to contribute with 1 rebound and 1 assist against Palencia. While the game may not be considered one of his best, Stephenson-Moore displayed determination and skill on the court. Throughout this season, Stephenson-Moore has been averaging 4.5 points per game, showcasing his consistency as a player. Despite the recent setback against Palencia, he continues to work hard and contribute to his team's efforts on the court.
