We bring you last week's top former Bonnies players who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Osun Osunniyi, a 27-year-old forward/center standing at 6'10'', graduated from Iowa St. in 2023. However, between 2018 and 2022, he honed his skills at St. Bonaventure, where he received the prestigious All-Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Year award. Currently playing professionally in Poland for Dziki Warszawa, Osunniyi made a remarkable debut in the FIBA Europe Cup by helping his team secure an impressive 103-76 victory against the fifth-ranked Tartu (0-1) on Tuesday night. In his first game of the season, Osunniyi showcased his talent by contributing 8 points and 8 rebounds in just 20 minutes of play. His performance not only aided in the team's victory but also highlighted his capabilities as a finalist. With Dziki Warszawa currently leading the league standings, Osunniyi's presence on the court has undoubtedly made a significant impact. However, as the season is still in its early stages, the journey ahead remains unpredictable, and anything can happen in the quest for success.

#2. Kyle Lofton, a 6'3'' guard and 27-year-old Gators alumnus from the class of 2023, previously played for St. Bonaventure between 2018 and 2022. During his time there, he earned the All-Atlantic 10 Third Team award in his final year. Lofton currently competes professionally in Poland and recently made his debut for MKS Dabrowa Gornicza in the Polish Orlen Basket Liga. In a recent game against the 12th-ranked GTK, his team emerged victorious with a score of 89-78. Despite contributing only 4 points in 10 minutes of play, Lofton's presence was felt on the court. His performance played a crucial role in securing the win for his team. As a true champion, Lofton's skills and efforts were instrumental in leading his team to success as finalists.

#3. Experienced Canadian Frank Mitchell, who stands tall at 6'8'' and is 34 years old, graduated from St. Bonaventure in 2026. He was honored with the USBasket.com All-CEBL League Forward of the Year award in the same year. Currently playing professionally in France, Mitchell made a significant impact in Hyeres-Toulon's recent triumph against the closely-ranked La Rochelle with a score of 103-97 in the French ELITE 2 league, which is the second division of French basketball. This victory took place on Friday night. During the game, Mitchell showcased his skills by scoring 6 points, securing 5 rebounds, and providing 3 assists within a 20-minute playing time. Despite being in his first season with the team, his performance was remarkable and instrumental in leading Hyeres-Toulon Var Basket (2-0) to the fourth position in the league standings. Mitchell's noteworthy contributions against La Rochelle significantly aided his team in clinching the victory and ultimately being crowned as the champions. This season, Mitchell has maintained an average of 10.0 points per game, 8.5 rebounds per game, and 1.5 assists per game over the course of two games played so far.

#4. Surinamese champion Charlon Kloof, a 6'3'' guard who is 36 years old and an alumnus of Bonnies from 2014, currently plays professionally in Holland. In his debut game for Den Bosch this season, he faced Zwolle in a BNXT League match but unfortunately could not lead his team to victory. Despite his solid performance of 8 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists in 30 minutes of play, Den Bosch fell short against Zwolle, losing 59-70 on the road to the second-ranked team. Kloof, who holds both American and Surinamese citizenship and qualifies as a domestic player in Surinam, showcased his skills on the court but was unable to secure the win for his team in this game.

#5. Canadian champion Matthew Wright, a 6'4'' guard at 35 years old who graduated from St. Bonaventure in 2014 and currently plays professionally in Japan, unfortunately could not lead the Saitama Broncos (1-3) to victory in their recent game. Despite his solid performance, the fourth-placed Saitama (1-3) were narrowly defeated 92-89 by the leading Hachioji Trains in the East group. In the match, Wright showcased his skills by scoring 10 points and making 3 assists in just 16 minutes of play. However, this game marked Saitama Broncos' third consecutive loss, highlighting the challenges they are facing this season. It is worth noting that this is Wright's debut season with the team. Against the formidable Hachioji Trains, Wright displayed an impressive performance by contributing 10 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists. Despite his remarkable efforts, his team fell short of securing a victory. So far this season, Wright has been averaging 10.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game over four games. It is interesting to mention that in addition to his Canadian nationality, Wright also holds a Filipino passport, adding to his diverse background and experience in the world of basketball.

#6. Noel Brown, a towering 6'11'' center and 25-year-old alumnus of Bonnies from the class of 2025, currently showcases his skills playing professionally in France. Recently, he showcased his talent on the court for Union Poitiers Basket 86 in a match against ADA Blois. Despite his commendable performance where he scored 8 points and secured 4 rebounds during his 25 minutes on the court, his team unfortunately fell short to ADA Blois with a final score of 92-105. Brown's consistent performance is evident through his impressive stats this season, averaging 13.0 points per game and 6.0 rebounds per game across two matches. As a determined champion, Brown continues to contribute significantly to his team's efforts, aiming to lead them to victory in future games.

#7. In the recent game between Rahoveci and Bora, Mika Adams-Woods, a 6'3'' guard, and a 26-year-old St. Bonaventure graduate from 2024 who currently plays professionally in Kosovo, unfortunately could not turn the tide for his team. Despite his stellar performance, where he emerged as the top scorer with 21 points and contributed 5 rebounds (shooting a perfect 7 for 7 from the free-throw line) during his 34 minutes on the court, Rahoveci, the bottom-ranked team with a 0-3 record, suffered a significant 84-65 defeat at the hands of Bora, who holds the second position in the league standings. Throughout the game, Adams-Woods showcased his talent by scoring 21 crucial points, securing 5 rebounds, and providing 2 assists. Despite his remarkable individual efforts, Rahoveci could not clinch the much-needed victory against their formidable opponents. Adams-Woods has been having an exceptional season, boasting impressive statistics with an average of 21.7 points per game, ranking as the third best in the league, along with 5.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists in the three games played so far. His consistent performance highlights him as a champion player, even though his team is still striving to find success in the league.

#8. Matt Mobley, a 6'5'' shooting guard and 32-year-old St. Bonaventure University alumni from the class of 2018, currently plays professional basketball in Kosovo. Recently, Mobley competed for Trepca against Bashkimi but unfortunately could not lead his team to victory. Despite his commendable effort, scoring 8 points, grabbing 4 rebounds, and providing 1 assist in 31 minutes of play, his team fell short with a final score of 76-84. Throughout the season, Mobley has maintained solid statistics, averaging 14.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game across three games. His All-Atlantic 10 First Team award in 2018 showcases his prowess on the court, making him a notable player in his league.

   #9.
