The game ended with a decisive score of 102-79 in favor of Panathinaikos in the Euroleague on Wednesday night. Despite his young age and being in his first season of professional basketball, Mantzoukas showcased his talent by scoring 16 points, grabbing 6 rebounds, and providing 1 assist in just 23 minutes of play. Panathinaikos Aktor Athens, with a perfect 3-0 record, currently holds the top spot in the league standings, largely due to Mantzoukas' impressive contributions on the court. While it is still early in the season and anything can happen, Mantzoukas has demonstrated his potential to be a key player for his team throughout the season. With an average of 12.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game, Mantzoukas has been delivering solid performances consistently. #2. Experienced champion Markel Brown, a 6'4'' shooting guard who is 34 years old and an alum of the Cowboys from 2014, currently plays professionally in Italy. He recently led Napoli to a thrilling victory against the 13th-ranked Reggio Emilia with a score of 99-93 in the Italian Serie A on Saturday night. #3. Kalib Boone, a 6'9'' forward who graduated from UNLV in 2024 but played for OK State from 2019 to 2023, has now taken his talents to Poland where he currently plays professionally. In a recent game for MKS Dabrowa Gornicza, he played a crucial role in their victory against the 12th-ranked GTK with a final score of 89-78 in the Polish Orlen Basket Liga. Boone showcased his skills by recording 17 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 blocks in just 26 minutes of play. This strong performance is even more impressive considering it was his first game of the season with MKS Dabrowa Gornicza, in only his third season as a professional basketball player. Despite being new to the team, Boone's impact was undeniable as he contributed significantly to the win. His impressive stat line of 17 points, 8 rebounds, and 1 assist displayed his versatility on the court. This standout performance not only helped lead his team to victory but also highlighted his potential as a future champion in the league. Currently, his team holds the seventh position in the league standings, and with Boone's skills and determination, they are well-positioned for success.

John-Michael Wright, a 25-year-old guard standing at 6'1'' and an alumnus of the Cowboys from 2024, currently showcasing his skills playing professionally in Germany, was unfortunately unable to lead Telekom Baskets Bonn to victory in their recent game last Friday. Despite his commendable effort, Bonn, with a record of 2-2, suffered a defeat on the road against the higher-ranked s Oliver Baskets (#6) with a final score of 83-76. In the match, Wright displayed his talent by contributing 11 points in just 18 minutes of play. His performance was notable, especially against Wuerzburg, where he scored 11 points, secured 3 rebounds, and distributed 2 assists. Nevertheless, despite his solid display, Bonn was unable to secure the win. Throughout the season, Wright has been excelling individually, boasting impressive statistics. He holds an average of 15.3 points per game, ranking him as the second-best scorer in the league, along with 3.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game. His consistent performance highlights his potential as a standout champion in the making.
#5. Khalil Brantley, a 5'11'' point guard aged 24, who graduated from OK State in 2025 and currently plays professionally in Hungary, made his debut for Szolnok last Tuesday. Despite his solid performance, recording 14 points, 2 rebounds, and 2 assists in just 20 minutes of play, Szolnok (0-1) was defeated at home by the second-ranked Zastal with a final score of 90-80. This marked Brantley's first game of the season with Szolnok, as he joined the team this year. Despite his efforts on the court, Szolnok was unable to secure the victory against Zastal.
#6. Anthony Roy, a 24-year-old guard standing at 6'5'' and a Cowboys alumnus from 2026, is currently playing professionally in Serbia. Recently, Roy made his debut for Borac CA but unfortunately could not lead his team to victory against Siroki. Despite his commendable effort, scoring 8 points in 24 minutes and adding 1 rebound and 1 assist, Borac CA was defeated 87-81. This game marked Roy's first appearance for Borac CA this season, showcasing his talent and determination on the court. Although his team did not emerge victorious, Roy's performance against Siroki demonstrated his potential as a skilled player.
#7. Marchelus Avery, a 6'8'' forward aged 25 and a graduate of OK State in 2025, currently plays professionally in France. Despite his commendable efforts, Avery was unable to lead Rouen Metropole Basket to victory in their recent game against Entente 45, which they lost 91-74. In the game, Avery showcased his skills by scoring 13 points, grabbing 6 rebounds, and providing 1 assist in a 30-minute appearance. His performance against the higher-ranked Entente 45 was noteworthy, contributing significantly with his 13 points and 6 rebounds. However, despite his solid stats this season of 11.0 points per game and 5.5 rebounds per game, his team was unable to secure the win in the match against Orleans.

Caleb Asberry, a 26-year-old guard standing at 6'3" and an alumnus of the Cowboys from 2023, currently playing professionally in Latvia, played a pivotal role in VEF Riga's victory against the 13th-ranked Liepaja team in the Optibet Latvian-Estonian Basketball League on Saturday night. #9. Anthony Hickey, a 33-year-old point guard standing at 5'11", is a graduate of OK State from the class of 2015. Known for his defensive prowess, he received the Big 12 All-Defensive Team award in his final year of college. Currently playing professionally in Poland for WKS Slask Wroclaw, Hickey recently faced off against Buducnost, currently ranked third in the league. In the game last Wednesday, despite Hickey's standout performance where he emerged as the top scorer with 14 points, WKS Slask Wroclaw suffered a heavy defeat, losing 99-75 in Podgorica. Hickey showcased his all-around skills by also contributing 5 rebounds and 4 assists during his 29 minutes on the court. Despite his impressive individual stats, the team was unable to clinch the win against the formidable Buducnost squad. Throughout the season, Hickey has maintained solid overall statistics, averaging 12.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. His consistent performance on both ends of the court has been instrumental for WKS Slask Wroclaw, even though the team faced a tough loss in the recent game against Buducnost.
#10. Davonte Davis, a 6'3'' guard and 25-year-old Cowboys alumnus from the class of 2025, currently playing professionally in Norway, found himself unable to lead Fyllingen (0-2) to victory in their recent game last Wednesday. Despite his commendable performance, Fyllingen suffered a tough 79-54 defeat on their home court against the higher-ranked Spartak Pleven (#14). Davis stood out as the team's second best scorer, contributing 14 points, along with 5 rebounds and 4 assists, all within 32 minutes of gameplay. Despite the valiant efforts of the champion, Fyllingen could not secure a win against Spartak Pleven. Davis has been showcasing an outstanding season individually, boasting impressive statistics with an average of 21.0 points per game (leading the league), 5.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 1.5 steals per game.
