#1. Zach Cooks (5'9''-PG-1999, played in 2017-21, plays pro in Germany) contributed to a 2-point Telekom Baskets Bonn's victory against the eighth-ranked ratiopharm Ulm (3-4) 81-79 in the German BBL last Saturday. He recorded 9 points and added 4 assists in 16 minutes. Telekom Baskets Bonnis placed in the BBL. This year Cooks averages 4.5ppg, 1.3rpg and 2.5apg in six games he played so far.
#2. Kevin Osawe (6'7''-SF-1999, played in 2022-23, plays in Germany) could not help one of league's weakest teams Gartenzaun24 Baskets Paderborn (1-2) in their last game on Friday. Despite Osawe's very good performance Gartenzaun24 Baskets Paderborn was edged94-92 on the road by the higher-ranked SparkassenStars (#6). He recorded a double-double by scoring 17 points and getting 10 rebounds. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Osawe has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 19.8ppg, 7.5rpg and 1.5apg. Osawe has also Canadian nationality.
#3. Elijah Buchanan (6'5''-G-1999, played in 2023-24, currently in Georgia) led Rustavi to a victory against the league outsider RASHI (0-5) 77-71 in the Georgian Superleague in Saturday night's game. Buchanan scored 13 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 33 minutes. BC Rustavi 1991 (5-3) is placed second in the Superleague. Buchanan has relatively good stats this year 12.8ppg, 8.3rpg and 3.0apg in four games. He is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.
#4. Jacob Mansson (6'7''-F-2002, played in 2021-22, plays pro in Norway) contributed to an easy victory against the eighth-ranked Nidaros Jets (2-9) 101-85 in the Norwegian BLNO last Saturday. Mansson scored 13 points, grabbed 7 rebounds and dished 3 assists. Froya Basket Laksevag (4-2) is placed third in the BLNO. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. It's Mansson's first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year 11.5ppg, 4.6rpg, 2.4apg and 2.1spg.
#5. Kjell De Graaf (6'10''-F-1999, played in 2018-24, plays in Holland) was not able to help the league outsider BAL Weert (0-7) in their last game. Despite De Graaf's good performance BAL Weert lost 72-86 at home to the higher-ranked (#16) Leeuwarden. He recorded 10 points and added 3 assists in 27 minutes. So far BAL Weert lost all seven games in the Regular Season. But the season just started, so everything may happen. De Graaf has relatively good stats this year 10.8ppg and 1.5rpg in six games.
#6. Adam Hess (6'5''-G, played in 2022-24, currently in Chile) was not able to secure a victory for Boston College in their game against Colo Colo in the Chilean LNB. He scored 8 points. His team was badly defeated by 17 points 83-66. Hess has relatively good stats this season 14.0ppg, 6.2rpg and 1.6apg.
#7. Rob Ukawuba (6'3''-G-1994, played in 2013-17, plays pro in Spain) couldn't help Benicarlo in their game against Albacete in the Spanish Segunda FEB (third division). Ukawuba cannot count it as his best performance. He scored only 2 points in 9 minutes on the court. His team was edged 83-80. This year Ukawuba averages 7.5ppg and 1.8rpg in six games. He is a naturalized Nigerian.
