Stanley Davis Jr., a 6'5'' guard who graduated from Morgan State in 2020 and received the All-MEAC Third Team award that year, is currently showcasing his skills as a professional player in Lithuania. Recently, he led his team, Gargzdu SC Gargzdai, to a thrilling 105-102 victory over Rytas, one of the league's weaker teams, in the Lithuanian Betsafe Lietuvos krepsinio lyga. During the game, Davis Jr. demonstrated his prowess on the court by scoring an impressive 19 points and contributing 3 assists in just 27 minutes of play. This stellar performance not only secured the win for his team but also highlighted his capabilities as a true champion in the game of basketball. Gargzdu SC Gargzdai, currently holding the second position in the league with a 3-1 record, has been on a winning streak, claiming their third consecutive victory. Despite the early stage of the season, Davis Jr.'s remarkable stats of 13.8 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game in the four games he has played so far, reflect his valuable contributions to the team. As a naturalized American player, Stanley Davis Jr. continues to make a significant impact on the court, showcasing his talent and proving himself as a formidable finalist in the Lithuanian basketball league.
#2. Kameron Hobbs, a 24-year-old point guard standing at 5'10'' and an alumnus of Bears from 2025, is currently playing professionally in Slovenia. In a recent game, he showcased his skills by leading Hopsi Polzela to a resounding 87-49 victory over the eighth-ranked Rogaska, securing a notable win in the Slovenian Liga OTP banka. Hobbs' exceptional performance earned him the title of MVP of the game, as he contributed significantly with 15 points and 4 rebounds in just 26 minutes of play. This remarkable display is particularly impressive considering that he is only in his second season of professional basketball. Despite being in his first year with the team, Hobbs has been making a significant impact both individually and for his team. His all-around contributions of 15 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists against Rogaska were crucial in securing the victory for Hopsi Polzela. This outstanding performance solidified his reputation as a true champion on the court. Throughout the season, Hobbs has been delivering consistently high stats, averaging 19.5 points per game, which ranks him as the second-best scorer in the league. Additionally, he is posting 3.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game in the two games played so far. His impressive numbers reflect his skill and dedication to excelling in his role as a key player for Hopsi Polzela, positioning him as a standout finalist in the league.
#3. Dutch Lagio Grantsaan, a 29-year-old forward standing at 6'8'' who graduated from Morgan St. in 2022 and currently plays professionally in Holland, made his debut for Rotterdam in the BNXT League. Despite his solid performance of 6 points and 6 rebounds in just 17 minutes, Grantsaan was unable to lead Rotterdam to victory against Leiden, who emerged as the victors with a final score of 76-71. The much higher-ranked Leiden, holding the #7 spot, proved to be a tough opponent for Rotterdam, who fell short in their efforts to secure a win. Grantsaan's efforts on the court were commendable, but ultimately Rotterdam was unable to overcome Leiden in the matchup.
#4. Marland Harris, a 6'9'' forward and 25-year-old Bears alumni from 2026, showcased his skills in his debut game for Strumica in North Macedonia. Despite his commendable effort, Strumica (0-1) fell short in their match against the higher-ranked (#4) Rabotnicki, losing 85-92 at home. Harris displayed a solid performance by scoring 10 points, securing 8 rebounds, and blocking 2 shots in 26 minutes of play. Although it was his first game of the season for Strumica, he made a significant impact on the court. His contributions, including his scoring and rebounding, were noteworthy against Rabotnicki, but unfortunately, his team could not secure the victory.
#5. Dallas James, a 25-year-old center standing at 7'1'' who graduated from Morgan St. in 2026, showcased his skills in his debut game for Radnicki in the Bosnia and Herzegovina Division I. Despite his efforts, James could not lead Radnicki to victory against Borac, the second-ranked team in the league. In the closely contested match, Radnicki fell short with a final score of 82-87 on their home court in Gorazde. James demonstrated his potential on the court by contributing 4 points, 7 rebounds, and 1 assist during the game. Even though his performance was notable, Radnicki was unable to overcome Borac's strong defense. This game marked James' debut for Radnicki this season, and although the team faced defeat, the young center's skills and determination as a player were evident in his gameplay.
