#1. Elyjah Clark (6'3''-G-1998, played in 2016-20, plays pro in Brazil) led his Brazilian team Sport Club Corinthians Paulista to an overtime victory over the closely-ranked Quimsa (2-1) 100-96 in the Liga Sudamericana on Sunday night. He was MVP of the game. Clark scored 35 points (!!!) and grabbed 7 rebounds in 33 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Sport Club Corinthians Paulista (2-1) is placed second in the Liga Sudamericana. The Regular Season already ended in the Liga Sudamericana. Clark has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 23.0ppg, 6.3rpg, 4.7apg and 3.7spg.
#2. Stan Scott (6'4''-G-1998, played in 2019-22, plays in Brazil) was the major contributor in a 2-point Rio Claro's victory against the 18th-ranked Paulistano (1-3) 89-87 in the Brazilian NBB in Tuesday night's game. He had a double-double by scoring 22 points and getting 11 rebounds. Scott also added 4 assists and 3 steals. Rio Claro Basquete (8-7) is placed seventh in the NBB. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Scott has very impressive stats this year 17.3ppg, 6.0rpg, 3.0apg and 2.0spg in four games he played so far.
