#1. Alan Arnett (6'5''-G-1994, played in 2010-14, plays pro in Bulgaria) led his Bulgarian team Rilski to a 3-point victory against the closely-ranked Start (1-1) 95-92 in the FIBA Europe Cup in Wednesday night's game. He scored 14 points and added 5 passes in 33 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Rilski Sportist Samokov (1-1) is placed fourth in the FIBA Europe Cup. There are only four games left until the end of the FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Arnett has relatively good stats this year 15.0ppg, 3.0rpg, 3.5apg, 3.0bpg and 1.5spg in two games he played so far.
#2. Kahlon Whitley (5'10''-F-1998, played in 2019-22, plays in Czech Republic) led J.Hradec to a victory against the ninth-ranked Opava 2010 (2-4) 99-86 in the Czech Republic 1Liga (second division) last Sunday. Whitley scored 16 points, had 6 boards, handed out 6 passes and blocked 2 shots. GBA Lions Jindrichuv Hradec (2-4) is placed seventh in East group. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Whitley's first year with the team. He has relatively good stats this season 13.5ppg, 5.5rpg and 6.0apg.
#3. Lars Nilsen (6'5''-G-2001, played in 2021-25, currently in Holland), who plays in Holland could not help the league outsider Rotterdam (0-5) in their last game. Despite his good performance Rotterdam was edged94-93 at home by the much higher-ranked (#9) Spirou Charleroi. Nilsen scored 14 points and added 4 assists in 32 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. So far Rotterdam lost all five games in the Regular Season. But the season just started, so everything may happen. Nilsen has relatively good stats this year 11.2ppg, 3.0rpg and 1.2apg in five games.
#4. Jacorie Archie (6'6''-SF-1998, played in 2023-24, plays pro in Austria) was not able to help the league outsider Coldmaris BBC Nord Dragonz Eisenstadt in their game against Gmunden Swans (3-2) in the Austrian BSL. Despite his very good performance in Sunday night's game He was the top scorer with 27 points. Archie also added 4 rebounds. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. Archie has relatively good stats this season 11.8ppg, 5.2rpg and 1.5apg.
