Experienced champion Brandon Robinson, a 6'5'' shooting guard who is 37 years old and graduated from Clayton St. in 2011 with an All-PeachBelt First Team award, currently plays professionally in Argentina. In the recent game on Saturday night, he led Quimsa to an 88-76 victory over the eighth-ranked Boca Juniors in the Argentinian La Liga. Robinson, the finalist of the game, was named MVP after an outstanding performance where he scored a remarkable 27 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in just 28 minutes of play. Quimsa Santiago del Estero, with a record of 24-12, holds the top spot in the league standings, thanks in part to Robinson's contributions. This win marked the team's fourth consecutive victory, showcasing their strong form in the competition. Robinson's exceptional display on the court highlighted his skills and capabilities as a champion. Throughout the season, Robinson has been having an impressive year, putting up high statistics. He is averaging 15.8 points per game, which ranks him third best in the league, along with 4.0 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.2 steals in the 40 games he has played so far. His consistent performance and leadership have been instrumental in Quimsa's success, making him a key player in their pursuit of the championship.
