Smith's skills were evident in the match against Quimsa, where he not only scored 22 points but also grabbed 2 rebounds and provided 1 assist, although unfortunately, his efforts were not enough to lead his team to victory.
#2. Australian champion Jordan Heading, a 6'2'' guard and 30-year-old Lancers alumnus from 2019, showcased his skills in the Filipino Philippine Basketball Association by leading Talk N Text Tropang Giga to a thrilling 97-94 victory over the fourth-ranked Bolts in a recent game. Despite Talk N Text Tropang Giga being placed eighth in the league with a 6-6 record, Heading's stellar contribution has been instrumental in their recent success. This season marks Heading's debut with the team, and his impact has been felt both on and off the court. With notable averages of 10.6 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game in the 18 games he has played so far, Heading has proven to be a valuable asset for his team. Moreover, it is interesting to note that Heading holds dual American and Australian citizenship, granting him the flexibility to play in various leagues. His exceptional performance against the Meralco Bolts further solidified his reputation as a champion in the making.
#3.
